What We Do

Our mission is to obtain value from the by-products generated from various industries
Global Recycling is a leading rice husk ash supplier in India. As our mission is to obtain value form the byproducts generated from various industries, we introduce rice husk ash an organic source of silica which have very high insulation properties and very cost effective. This rice husk is mostly used as a fuel in the boilers in different industries. The ash becomes 25% by weight of rice husk when burnt in boilers.

Major industries Catered

Steel / Foundry

Cast Steel

Cast steel is a ferrous (iron-based) alloy with a maximum carbon content of approximately 0.75 percent. Steel castings are solid metal objects produced by filling the void within a mold with liquid steel. They are available in many of the same carbon and alloy steels that can be produced as wrought metals. Mechanical properties for cast steel are generally lower than wrought steels with the same chemical composition.

Cement / Concrete

Fresh Concrete

In its simplest form, concrete is a mixture of paste and aggregates, or rocks. The paste, composed of Portland cement and water, coats the surface of the fine (small) and coarse (larger) aggregates. Through a chemical reaction called hydration, the paste hardens and gains strength to form the rock-like mass known as concrete. Within this process lies the key to a remarkable trait of concrete: it's plastic and malleable when newly mixed, strong & durable.

Ceramic Refractory

Refractory, any material that has an unusually high melting point and that maintains its structural properties at very high temperatures. Composed principally of ceramics, refractories are employed in great quantities in the metallurgical, glassmaking, and ceramics industries, where they are formed into a variety of shapes to line the interiors of furnaces, kilns, and other devices that process materials at high temperatures.
