Global Recycling is a leading rice husk ash supplier in India. As our mission is to obtain value form the byproducts generated from various industries, we introduce rice husk ash an organic source of silica which have very high insulation properties and very cost effective. This rice husk is mostly used as a fuel in the boilers in different industries. The ash becomes 25% by weight of rice husk when burnt in boilers.
What We Do
Our mission is to obtain value from the by-products generated from various industries
Major industries Catered
Steel / Foundry
Cast steel is a ferrous (iron-based) alloy with a maximum carbon content of approximately 0.75 percent. Steel castings are solid metal objects produced by filling the void within a mold with liquid steel. They are available in many of the same carbon and alloy steels that can be produced as wrought metals. Mechanical properties for cast steel are generally lower than wrought steels with the same chemical composition.
Cement / Concrete
In its simplest form, concrete is a mixture of paste and aggregates, or rocks. The paste, composed of Portland cement and water, coats the surface of the fine (small) and coarse (larger) aggregates. Rice husk ash is one of the promising pozzolanic materials that can be blended with Portland cement for the production of durable concrete. . Rice husk ash mixed in Portland cement not only improves the early strength of concrete, but also forms a calcium silicate hydrate (CSH) gel around the cement particles which is highly dense and less porous.
Refractory, any material that has an unusually high melting point and that maintains its structural properties at very high temperatures. Composed principally of ceramics, refractories are employed in great quantities in the metallurgical, glassmaking, and ceramics industries, where they are formed into a variety of shapes to line the interiors of furnaces, kilns, and other devices that process materials at high temperatures.
